How can we help?

Letters have Scrabble-like values; longer words multiply them (×1 for three letters up to ×5 for eight). Rarer words earn a bonus, the golden tile doubles a word, a PERFECT (every letter) adds 50 points per letter, and quick words in a row build a combo up to ×3.

Fair words: a word from the family of one you already found on the rack — CATS after CAT, REPAINT after PAINT — is an echo and scores a tenth, and the third and later anagram of the same letters scores half. From the fourth three-letter word on a rack, three-letter words score half. A PERFECT is never discounted.

Everyone gets the same seven letters each day. Your first attempt counts for your rank and streak; replays are practice. Streak freezes, earned every seven days of streak, cover a missed day automatically.

A new Daily starts at midnight where you are, so a friend in another time zone can be a Daily ahead or behind for a few hours.

Purchases belong to your Apple Account, so they come back on any iPhone or iPad signed in to it. If one is missing, use Restore Purchases in Spellrush (in Settings, or where Spellrush Plus is offered); if it is still missing, write to us with the date of the purchase.

Apple handles every payment, so refunds go through Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com or your purchase history in the App Store. We never see your payment details.

In the app, open Settings → Online profile → Delete my online data. Your profile, scores, words, challenges and results are removed from our server immediately. Your progress on the device stays.

Open Settings → Online profile: set the name leaderboards show, or turn off Show me on leaderboards.

In the app, touch and hold the name and choose Report or Hide. On the web, email support@playspellrush.com with the board and the name; we remove names that break the rules.

Yes, through iCloud when you are signed in to it: your progress follows you to your other devices.
